Stew with pork and vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I usually prepare this stew with a sour-sweet apple, but you can also add dried fruits (raisins, apricots, prunes). I love food cooked in pots—it's more aromatic and looks very appetizing. Children especially enjoy taking the contents out of the pot and examining what's inside. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Peel and wash the carrot, then cut it into pieces. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, heat it up, and then sauté the carrot.

Step 2

2. Peel and wash the onion, then dice it and add it to the carrots.
- 3
Step 3

3. Wash the pork and slice it into long pieces, leaving the fat on.
- 4
Step 4

4. Place the meat into the pan with the onion and carrots, mix and cook covered over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

5. To taste, I add dry garlic, Provence herbs, a mix of peppers, dried greens, and vegetables to the skillet. I fry the meat until half-cooked, then remove it from the heat.

Step 6

6. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. Heat a frying pan with butter, add the potatoes and fry them.

Step 7

7. For the dressing: I put sour cream, mustard, and tomato paste into a bowl. I wash and clean the pepper, finely chop the pepper and tomato, add both vegetables to the sauce, and mix everything together.
- 8
Step 8

8. Add spices (salt, coriander, paprika, dried herbs) to the sauce, mix well.
- 9
Step 9

9. In a separate bowl, beat 2 chicken eggs, then add them to the sauce.

12. I place all the ingredients into the pot: put the potatoes at the bottom.
- 13
Step 13

13. Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes.
- 14
Step 14

14. Wash and cut a sweet-sour apple into pieces, add several pieces to each pot.
- 15
Step 15

15. Place the meat fried with vegetables into each pot, filling them to the top in the same order.
- 16
Step 16

16. Bake the meat in pots in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve the dish hot with fresh vegetables.
