Casserole with turkey liver in clay pots
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Instead of turkey liver, you can use chicken or calf liver. You can place raw ingredients into the pots, pour boiling water over them, and add sour cream at the end of cooking. But the fried version tastes better. The ready dish can be served at the table.
