
Stew with noodles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The stew with noodles is undoubtedly delicious and hearty. It features meat with potatoes and little rolls of dough filled with garlic and herbs. During cooking, the noodles absorb the savory sauce from the meat and vegetables, acquiring a wonderful flavor and aroma. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the pork, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a heavy-bottomed pot.

Sear the meat in a small amount of vegetable oil until a light golden crust forms. Then add the chopped onion and sauté briefly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add water to cover the meat, and simmer the pork until tender.
