
Stew with pasta
Description
The stew prepared by this recipe turns out very tasty and aromatic! You can cook the dish either in a cauldron or in a skillet with a thick bottom and high sides. You can use any meat; I used pork, but beef, lamb, chicken, or turkey will work as well. Give it a try—it's a great addition to your everyday menu.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour oil into a frying pan and add the meat cut into small pieces.

Season the meat with salt and fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates and a light golden crust forms on top.

Add the onion sliced into feathers and continue cooking everything together until the onion becomes soft.

Then add the carrots cut into julienne strips and continue frying the meat with the vegetables for another 5-7 minutes.

Add the coarsely chopped potatoes and fry until half-cooked.

Add tomato paste, minced garlic, salt, pepper, or other favorite spices.

Add the pasta after a couple of minutes.

Add water, cover the pan with a lid, bring to a boil, and cook over low heat until the pasta is done. The water should cover the pasta by about 1 cm.
