Ural-style Stew (a recipe from a fairy tale!)
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. At first glance, the stew closely resembles a mixed solyanka due to the presence of smoked meats, which give the dish a rich, intense flavor. However, unlike solyanka, this stew lacks acidity, resulting in a more delicate taste. Ural-style stew is extremely hearty—you can easily serve it to a hungry husband (or your entire family). Write down this recipe. The finished dish is ready to be served.
