Lancashire Hotpot
Description
I'm eager to share with you a particularly successful recipe for Lancashire hotpot! To be honest, I'm not really fond of stewed cabbage, and I'm somewhat wary of lamb—what if they give you old meat? Then you'd have to deal with the smell afterward... Anyway, I hesitated for a long time before trying this dish, but in the end, I'm glad I did! The combination of lamb and cabbage here is amazing—the cabbage absorbs the meat juices, while the meat itself becomes incredibly tender and juicy thanks to the cabbage! So let me tell you how to make Lancashire hotpot.
