Description
You can prepare Caucasian-style stew for any occasion. This dish is hearty and delicious, and it will please everyone. Today I'm making it with pork, but you can use any other meat of your choice.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces.

Add the onion cut into feathers and squeeze everything together by hand so that the onion releases its juice. Then add adjika, chopped herbs, salt to taste, and your favorite spices. Mix well and let the meat marinate for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Then fry the meat in any thick-bottomed cookware. I used a cauldron.

Add the tomatoes cut into wedges and the pepper cut into strips.

Sauté everything together for 3 minutes.
