Fried stew in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Actually, with this stovetop stew recipe, it's hard to determine the exact cooking time. It all depends on your taste—potatoes can be fried to different degrees, and some prefer meat well done while others like it almost "rare." Similarly, in this simple stovetop stew recipe, you can freely substitute the sauce and simmer for as long as you like. I like my stew to have a bit of liquid sauce, so I don't simmer it for too long. In short, experiment. Serve hot.
