I have a huge list of various dishes for these pots, and now I'm going to share one of them with you—how to make pork stew in clay pots. Plus, when cooking in pots, you don't need to stand by the stove for long—you just assemble all the ingredients together, put them in the oven, and then go about your day. Since I had dried mushrooms, I first poured them with freshly boiled water and left them for half an hour.

Cut the meat into medium cubes with sides of 2-3 centimeters.

Place the sliced meat at the bottom of the casserole dish, season with salt and pepper, and add a piece of butter.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onions into small cubes, and place them into the baking dishes.

The next layer consists of mushrooms.

Then add the minced garlic and pour in water until the liquid fills the pot halfway. Mix and add salt if necessary.

On top, place thinly sliced potatoes. Cover the pots with lids and put them in the oven. Set the temperature to 220 degrees and simmer the stew for about one to one hour and twenty minutes.
