Description

The recipe won't take much time. For a delicious dish, use high-quality meat and fresh vegetables. I used chilled pork shoulder. You'll also need potatoes, onion, and carrots. The vegetables pair perfectly with the meat, and with tomato paste, the stew turns out rich in color, tasty, and very aromatic. Serve hot.

    Rinse the pork and cut into medium pieces.

    Pour oil into the bottom of the pot, then place the meat in an even layer. Add spices to taste.

    Peel the vegetables, slice the onion into half-rings, and the carrot into thin rounds.
