Pork Stew
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. Prepare and heat a large roasting pan. Roast pork ribs (wrap the bone ends in foil) for 2 hours at 180°C. Meanwhile, in a large shallow skillet, brown the ground meat and sausage until slightly pink, then set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onions in butter until soft. Add celery and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Return the sausage and ground meat to the skillet, add breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and ginger. Mix thoroughly. 2. Remove the ribs from the oven. Secure them with kitchen twine or toothpicks. Place foil in the center of the crown to create a base for the filling. Fill the crown with the meat mixture. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 80–100°C. Transfer the crown to a serving dish and serve immediately while hot.
