Pork and green bean stew
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The meat is marinated in soy sauce beforehand, then fried with onions until golden brown, and finally stewed with vegetables. The dish turns out very tasty and aromatic, with meat that literally melts in your mouth—I highly recommend trying it! You can serve the stew on its own or with any side dish; boiled rice goes particularly well. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the pork into pieces, add soy sauce, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Then fry the meat until a golden crust forms, add the onion cut into strips, and cook the meat with the onion for another 5 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger root on a coarse grater.
- 5
Step 5

After a couple of minutes, add the beans, sliced bell pepper, and peeled tomato cut into small cubes.
- 6
Step 6

Mix everything, season the dish with salt and pepper to taste. Add salt carefully, as the meat was initially marinated in soy sauce, which is quite salty on its own. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat with the vegetables over very low heat for about 30 minutes.
