Ribs stewed with potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Actually, this recipe for pork rib stew with potatoes came about as a result of an experiment, so I can't possibly call it canonical. For example, if you don't have mushrooms, wine, or zucchini at home, there's absolutely no need to rush to the store—these ingredients are purely my personal preference! But I won't deny that the pork rib stew with potatoes turned out incredibly aromatic, which is why I'm sharing the recipe :) Serve hot.
