Turkey Stew
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'm sharing with you a simple recipe for turkey stew! It turns out very hearty, yet tender, and the aroma, as already mentioned, is simply overwhelming right away! It even smelled like this in the hallway outside my apartment! I thought my neighbors would come running to taste it! In short, I highly recommend you try making it. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. First, sauté all the mushrooms in vegetable oil. If they are large, cut them into pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

2. Next to it, place another skillet, on which we will sauté the turkey. Salt and spices to taste.

Step 3

3. Finely chop the onion and carrot. To save time, add the onion to the turkey and the carrot to the mushrooms, or vice versa. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the carrot turns soft.

Step 4

4. Pour a little water or broth into the bottom of the pots. Next, add a layer of potatoes. Lightly season the potatoes with salt. Then layer the contents of the skillets on top.

Step 5

5. Pour sour cream over the top (1 tablespoon per pot), and add a little more water around the edges. Simmer covered for 40 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven; if the potatoes are still undercooked, continue cooking longer.

6. Serve at the table, first stirring the contents of each pot. Sprinkle with herbs and serve directly in the pot without removing!
