Turkey stew in a pan

Description

Stew is a very appetizing and filling dish. Have you ever cooked it with turkey? I suggest a recipe for preparing turkey stew in a skillet. Turkey meat is considered dietary—it's lean, and to ensure it cooks faster and doesn't turn out dry, I recommend marinating the meat for several hours. Even better, marinate it overnight. The recipe for this dish is simple, and photos of each step confirm this. Take a look, carefully read the instructions, and prepare a delicious meal. Good luck to you and

Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 1

Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes and place in a bowl. Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and add to the meat. Lightly season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried herbs, mix well, and let it marinate for several hours. You can also leave it overnight in the refrigerator.

While the meat is cooking, we can prepare the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and remove the seeds from the pepper. Cut the vegetables into cubes. Place a second skillet on the heat and warm a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.

Use only the white part of the leek, slice it into thin rings.

    Step 8

Place the sautéed vegetables on top of the turkey, which is already almost cooked. Sprinkle with sliced leek rings. Add salt, spices, and a little water—about half a cup. Mix well, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer the stew over low heat until the potatoes are done.
