
Lamb Stew
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The lamb stew slowly bakes in the oven, but you'll eat it very quickly. While the lamb is roasting, fry some potatoes and prepare a salad. Serve the finished dish immediately.

1. Wash the lamb leg, dry it, and make cuts down to the bone along the entire length of the leg. In a bowl, mix garlic pressed through a garlic press, minced ginger, cumin, garam masala, and cinnamon. Rub the marinade into the lamb, cover the bowl, and let it marinate for an hour.

2. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Place the marinated lamb leg into a baking dish and put it in the oven. After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. Continue roasting the lamb for another two hours.

3. Place the cooked lamb leg on a plate. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Then slice it.
