Fried marshmallow

Description

You can use any heat source for roasting: a grill, campfire, or even a fireplace, for example :) It's very convenient that wooden sticks don't need to be soaked beforehand, although you can also use a small metal skewer. Serve this roasted marshmallow either on its own or alongside coffee, crackers, or other desserts.

   1. Prepare fairly long wooden sticks and thread a marshmallow onto each end.

   2. Bring to the fire and grill for several minutes, carefully turning over.
