Fried lamb

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. Make 8 cutlets from lamb meat using a meat mallet. 2. Finely grate the zest of two limes and sprinkle it over the lamb pieces. 3. Generously season with pepper. 4. Mix egg with 3 tablespoons of water. Dip the meat into the egg mixture, then into breadcrumbs. 5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the lamb until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to plates and season with salt. Slice a few lime rounds for garnish. The dish is ready to serve.
