
Fried Adyghe cheese
Description
Perfect with meals and drinks. Adyghe cheese is breaded in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, then pan-fried over low heat in olive oil. This appetizer is served with fresh salad leaves and balsamic cream. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare all the ingredients. Remove the Adyghe cheese from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels to remove any brine.

Lightly salt and pepper the slice of cheese. Adyghe cheese is almost unsalted; keep that in mind while cooking.

Now coat the piece of cheese thoroughly in flour on all sides, including the edges.

In a deep bowl, beat a large egg; dip the cheese in it on all sides.

Generously coat the cheese in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan in olive oil over low heat for 3–4 minutes on each side.
