
Fried pork stomach with onions
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish goes perfectly with sauces that have a spicy or bitter flavor, especially French mustard. You can add some chopped dill or parsley. Serve the dish warm. Serve hot.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Scrape the pork stomach thoroughly to remove the mucus and rinse it several times in cold water. Place it in a pot and pour boiling water over it. Boil for about 10-15 minutes, then drain the water. Next, add hot water to the pot and simmer the stomach over moderate heat for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Place it on a plate and cut it in half. Separate the upper part of the stomach from the lower part; there will also be mucus between them. Scrape off the mucus and rinse thoroughly. Then pour boiling water over each cleaned part, or boil them again for approximately 10 minutes.

Cut the cleaned tripe into thin strips or slices. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add the sliced tripe.

Slice the peeled onion into half-rings and add it to the frying pan. Season with salt and pepper, gently stir. Fry until the onion is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
