Description

Fried potatoes with mushrooms are delicious on their own. But if you add a tasty creamy sauce to them, you get a whole new dish. And it turns out wonderfully tender. Most importantly, you don't have to worry about the cream curdling, as sometimes happens with sour cream.

    Finely chop the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes.

    Add the sliced potatoes and fry together until the potatoes are half-cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
