
Fried bread with oysters and vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish can be served as a side dish or used as a filling when preparing poultry or fish. Serve hot.

1. Cut all the bread into cubes, place in a single layer on a baking sheet or paper, and let dry for several hours or overnight. Put the bread into a large bowl.

2. Drain the liquid from the oysters and strain them through a colander. Chop the celery. Dice the onion and carrot. Heat fat or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrot, celery, and onion, stir, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until golden.

3. Add the oysters and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add bread cubes, sage, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.

4. Then add the broth (5-6 cups) and stir with a large spoon. Add the eggs and mix.

5. Add more chicken broth until you reach the desired moisture level. Add additional seasonings if needed. You can also add the liquid left over from the canned oysters.

6. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish or use it to stuff poultry. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes, until the top turns golden brown.
