
Fried banana and boiled pineapple

Slice bananas into rounds and fry in a pan with oil on both sides.

Wash the berries thoroughly, sort them, remove any damaged berries and stems.

Place the fried bananas on a plate and sprinkle with berries.

Cut the pineapple into slices. Squeeze the juice from two lemons. Meanwhile, pour water into a large pot, bring to a boil, and add 1 tablespoon of fennel. Then add the sliced pineapple and sugar to the pot. Stir and cook for about 7 more minutes.
