Fried Adygei Cheese with Tomatoes
Description
Adyghe cheese on its own is quite delicate and has a fairly neutral flavor, but if you pan-fry it in a dry skillet, an entirely new, incredible taste emerges. The golden-brown crust on the outside pairs beautifully with the tender texture of the cheese inside. You can also fry the cheese with spices, but it must be served with fresh tomatoes—the perfect combination.
