Fried oyster mushrooms with onions
Description
The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. You can find mushrooms on every corner, but oyster mushrooms are also easy to find in our country. They are much more affordable in price. While button mushrooms look good when cooked whole, oyster mushrooms are better when cut into pieces before cooking. Fried oyster mushrooms with onions go well with boiled rice or buckwheat, boiled or fried potatoes, and other vegetables. The finished dish can be served at the table.
