
Fried russula mushrooms with potatoes

There are many recipes for frying milk caps with potatoes, and every family has its own way of preparing them. I'm sharing my step-by-step recipe for making this delicious dish. Be sure to use clarified butter—it has a richer, creamier flavor and doesn't burn easily.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add one tablespoon of clarified butter.

Cut half of the onion and sauté until half-cooked.

Add the boletus mushrooms, cleaned of forest debris and washed, to the onion and fry until almost cooked.

Peel and cut the potatoes any way you like, and dice the second half of the onion.

In the second skillet, add vegetable oil and one tablespoon of clarified butter, and heat well.
