
Fried pork ribs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use a ready-made spice blend or mix your favorite spices. If you like it spicy, add more chili pepper or black pepper. You can glaze the ribs with a mixture of honey and soy sauce. Serve the ribs immediately after cooking. If you have time, marinate them beforehand. Serve hot.

1. Heat a dry skillet, add all the spices, sugar, and salt, and toast for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.

2. Grind the contents of the pan in a mortar or using a coffee grinder.

3. Wash the pork ribs, remove the back membrane, and pat them dry. Rub the mixture evenly on both sides of the ribs.

4. Place the ribs on the open smoker and cook until a nice caramelized crust forms on both sides (about 3 hours).

5. Transfer them from the smoker to a cutting board and let them rest for a while, then slice into pieces along the bone.

6. Heat a pan with a generous amount of vegetable oil and place the pieces in it. Fry for a few seconds, then immediately remove onto a paper towel.
