
Fried cottage cheese patties in a frying pan
Description

Prepare the ingredients listed. You may use cottage cheese of any fat content.

Put the cottage cheese into a deep bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the sugar and salt, then crack in the chicken egg. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add the premium wheat flour and mix it into the curd mass. You may need a little more if the egg was large or the curd was moist.

Roll the cottage cheese dough into a log and cut into rounds 2–2.5 cm wide.
