Description

Fresh homemade ravioli work best for this recipe. The filling can be any kind (meat or cheese)—everything tastes delicious in this coating :) Serve them with a variety of sauces: tomato, garlic, pesto, etc. A wonderful alternative to the usual boiling method—definitely worth a try.

    1. Prepare breadcrumbs (you can use seasoned ones or with herbs), flour, and beat eggs with cream, salt, and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan or pot and heat it up.
