Fried cherry pastries on kefir
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. It's better to sift the flour 2–3 times so that it absorbs oxygen, making any baked items fluffier and lighter. Prepare these buns right before frying, otherwise the cherry juice will leak out. If cherry juice does spill onto the pan, I recommend changing the oil each time.
