Fried pastries with fish
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I used two cans of canned sardines to make these fried fish buns. Some might want to use more, but this was enough for me. Prepare the dough using a regular yeast dough for buns. This same recipe works well for cabbage or meat fillings too. Check out the recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

Let's start with the dough. In milk and water, beat the egg with sugar and salt (to taste).

Step 2

Then add yeast to the milk mixture, let it steep, and start adding flour. Knead the dough thoroughly. Let it rise for an hour. Then knead the dough again and place it in a warm spot for another 30 minutes.
