Fried dumplings in a multicooker
Description
This recipe won't take much time. It so happens that I don't always have time to make a proper lunch, or sometimes even dinner, for my husband and me, so I turn to dumplings, as they take minimal time to prepare. And since I have a multicooker at home, I decided to involve it in the process too, because you can do just about anything with it. If you also don't have time to stand by the stove for long, I'd be happy to share my simple recipe for fried dumplings in a multicooker. The dumplings come out just as good as when fried in a pan—crispy on the outside and juicy inside—but with a small bonus: my kitchen stays spotless, without any greasy splatters or stains on the stovetop. So with this multicooker method, making lunch has become even easier. 1) Pour a small amount of oil into the multicooker bowl and arrange the dumplings in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap. 2) Close the lid and select the "Frying" mode. 3) After 5 minutes of cooking, open the lid and flip the dumplings over. 4) After another 5 minutes, turn off the multicooker and transfer the dumplings onto paper towels to absorb excess oil. Now our dumplings are ready to be enjoyed. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
