Fried Slippery Jack Mushrooms for Winter

Description

A simple way to put up food for later. If you're tired of pickled mushrooms and really crave something fried, you can make canned fried honey mushrooms. They're very easy to prepare and keep their aroma and flavor well. It's especially nice to enjoy this in the off-season, when your favorite mushrooms aren't available and you can't cook them on the stove. The jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
