Fried noodles
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fried pasta works well both as a side dish and as a main dish served with herbs, sauces, and vegetables. Choose the level and duration of frying to your taste. We prefer golden-brown pasta, but for the first time, I recommend frying no longer than three minutes. You can add a couple of pinches of curry or turmeric—they will give the dish a special color. You can use pasta of any shape: elbows, spirals, penne, shells, or similar small-sized varieties. Even a child can handle the preparation—it's simple and quick. Give it a try. Serve the finished dish immediately.
