Description

Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Here is a simple recipe for preparing fried chanterelles for winter. First, boil the mushrooms, then fry them in vegetable oil on all sides. Fry the onion separately. Mix the chanterelles with the onion, adding salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter and pour a little into the bottom of a sterilized jar. Next, add a layer of mushrooms with onion, then more butter, and continue like this to the top. The final layer should be butter that completely covers the mushrooms. The preserve is stored in the refrigerator. Good luck. The jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
