
Fried langoustines with garlic
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. You can prepare this true restaurant dish at home by pan-frying the langoustines yourself. It will take you at most 10–15 minutes, and they turn out so delicious that you'll run back to the store for another portion—buy a little extra so you have enough for seconds. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare the specified ingredients. You may also use soy sauce if desired.

Rinse the langoustines in water and pat dry with paper towels. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add the seafood. Sauté over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Turn over to the other side and reduce the heat to minimum. Fry for another 3–4 minutes.

Peel the garlic cloves, rinse them in water, and slice them. Cut the lemon slices into pieces. Add them to the skillet with the langoustines. Sauté for another 1 minute so the garlic releases its aroma and imparts it to the seafood. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, cover the skillet with a lid, and let steam for 10 minutes.
