
Fried Zucchini with Sour Cream-Garlic Sauce
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Fried zucchini with a sauce of sour cream, dill, and garlic always simply “disappear” from the table. This wonderful summer appetizer pairs well with potatoes, meat, and poultry. Zucchini also make a perfectly standalone dish. It cooks quickly and is very simple to prepare. Slice the zucchini into rounds, sprinkle with salt, and let sit. Afterward, pat dry and fry in a skillet. Prepare a sauce from sour cream, garlic, and dill. Serve the fried zucchini with the sauce. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Wash the zucchini and slice into rounds 0.5–0.7 mm thick. Arrange on a plate in layers, sprinkling each layer with salt. Let the zucchini sit in the salt for 15 minutes.

Zucchini will release a lot of juice; dry it off. Then place the zucchini slices in a hot skillet with refined sunflower oil.

Fry the zucchini on both sides until golden brown.

Place the fried zucchini on a paper towel so it absorbs the excess fat.

Prepare the sauce for the zucchini. Put the sour cream in a small bowl.

Add minced garlic and chopped dill.
