Prepare the ingredients and sterile jars with lids.

Mix the garlic with vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Cut the zucchini into rings.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Flip the zucchini and cook until fully done.

Dip each ring in the vinegar-garlic mixture.

And pack tightly into a sterile jar, adding garlic a little at a time.
