Fried zucchini and eggplants

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple way to prepare fried zucchini and eggplant. Wash the vegetables and slice them into rounds, then coat in flour and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Serve the dish hot with a sauce made from mayonnaise, minced garlic, and spices. Good luck!
