Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Even such a simple task as frying mushrooms in a multicooker requires specific knowledge, as you need to choose the right mode and set the time. But I'll make it easier for you and explain how to do it simply. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

First, clean and rinse the mushrooms, then slice them into pieces. I used oyster mushrooms here, but you can do exactly the same with, for example, button mushrooms or even chanterelles.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Now pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the chopped onion. Set the "Frying" mode for 30 minutes, fry the onion for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Step 4

Next, add the mushrooms to the bowl and sauté them together with the onions under a closed lid. Periodically open the lid and stir the mushrooms and onions.

    Step 5

About 10 minutes after starting to sauté the mushrooms, you should salt and pepper them, then continue frying. After the cooking cycle ends, do not rush to open the lid—let the mushrooms simmer in the multicooker for another 10 minutes. If you are frying a larger quantity of mushrooms, after frying you can select the "Stewing" mode for about 10 minutes; during this time the mushrooms should be fully cooked.

Place the sautéed mushrooms on a plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
