Fried mushrooms with pork
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're interested, serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the pork, preferably a not very fatty cut, and cut it into small pieces. Place the meat into a clean and dry container, for example, a bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Soak mushrooms or any other fresh mushrooms in cold water so you can thoroughly wash them to remove dirt and sand. Cut the mushrooms into quarters or halves, depending on their size.
- 3
Step 3

Add the mushrooms to the meat and peel the onion. Cut it into half-rings. Also transfer the onion to the bowl with the mushrooms and meat.
- 4
Step 4

Remove the pits from the prunes, if any. Cut them into thin strips or small squares. Choose juicy prunes, not too dry.
- 5
Step 5

Wash the apples and peel them. Cut into small squares. Add the apples and prunes to all the ingredients. The fruits should not be overripe, otherwise they will turn into a "mush" during cooking.
- 6
Step 6

Add mayonnaise to all the ingredients and pour in soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and let marinate for several hours. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the mixture from the bowl. Fry over medium heat until fully cooked.
