Fried mushrooms with cod

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 220°C. On a large baking sheet, place the mushrooms, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, and season with salt and pepper. Roast until mushrooms are tender and browned, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Push mushrooms to the edges of the baking sheet, place cod in the center, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the cod. Serve hot.
