
Fried drumsticks in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe for frying shanks in a multicooker is surprisingly simple. Moreover, you can simultaneously prepare a side dish—potatoes or other vegetables—in the multicooker's steaming container, for example. It's delicious and absolutely easy. The ready dish can be served at the table.

1. Chicken legs are quite a simple ingredient. However, with this recipe, you can make them incredibly delicious. First, they need to be thoroughly washed and dried.

2. Make small cuts (optional), season with salt and pepper to taste. You can cook drumsticks in a multicooker at home with any spices and seasonings to your liking. Peel and mince the garlic, then rub it thoroughly all over the drumsticks, placing it also into the cuts.

3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Add the drumsticks and set the Sauté mode for about 15 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix liquid honey (crystallized honey can be melted beforehand in a water bath) with soy sauce. After the program finishes, pour in the sauce, mix thoroughly, and turn the multicooker back on to the Fry mode for 20–25 minutes. You can also use the Bake mode. To achieve an even crust, periodically flip the drumsticks, although this is not absolutely necessary.
