
Fried lamb meat
Description
I'm sure the recipe itself won't cause you any trouble, even if you're a relative beginner in the kitchen. The sauce, of course, is an optional ingredient. If you're short on time, for example, you can easily do without it. But it's such a pity to leave those rich meat juices unused.

1. Cut the meat into portion pieces. Salt and pepper on all sides, add rosemary and a little vegetable oil.

2. Heat vegetable and butter in a frying pan.

3. Place the meat and fry over medium heat.

4. Fry on both sides until a golden crust forms. Then remove from the pan.

5. Place the meat on a warm plate, cover with foil, and let it "rest."

6. Add butter and flour to the pan.

7. Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer for a few minutes, remove from heat, and pour the sauce over the meat.
