Fried meat in oyster sauce

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Oyster and soy sauces will perfectly enhance the delicious flavor of beef. Marinated in this mixture, the meat becomes wonderfully aromatic and tender. Vegetables, onion, and garlic are stir-fried separately. Then all ingredients are combined and cooked until done. Adjust the spiciness to your taste—remember, this dish loves Asian spices. Serve hot.

Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 1

    1. Some people don't particularly like Asian or Vietnamese cuisine. They dislike the former for its spicy dishes, and the latter for the fishy taste in Vietnamese sauces. This dish, however, is something in between, and once you've tried beef fried in oyster sauce, you'll want to make it again and again. This dish is made with beef.

    2. Cut the meat into thin strips (preferably thin). Now we need to marinate it: mix soy sauce and oyster sauce, add spices to taste.

    3. Pour the marinade over the meat, mix thoroughly, and let it marinate for one hour.

    4. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic until cooked.

    5. Now we need to sauté the vegetables separately. I use a frozen mix containing corn, bell peppers, and green beans. This is the perfect combination for this dish. Sauté the vegetables until cooked through.

    Step 6

    Step 6

    6. Separately sauté the beef. A wok is best for frying all the ingredients, but a skillet with high sides will also work.

    Step 7

    7. Combine the cooked meat with the vegetables, onion, and garlic, and cook until done, frying for another 5-7 minutes.

    8. That's it, the beef stir-fried in oyster sauce is ready! It should be served with a side dish. Rice or buckwheat noodles are perfect. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
