Fried ice cream in a pan
Description
The base of this dessert can be either vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream. In addition to cornflakes, you can add coconut flakes, crushed nuts, or cookie crumbs to the coating. The ice cream softens slightly more than when deep-fried, but still turns out surprisingly delicious and appetizing. A great dessert option for the whole family.
