Description

Chicken fillet really cooks quickly, so make sure to prepare the side dish in advance, as any fried meat tastes much better straight from the pan. Mashed potatoes or vegetable puree, polenta, or plain rice, drizzled with the fillet's frying oil, would be an excellent choice. The dish is now ready to be served.
