
Fish fried in sesame
Description
You can fry various types of fish in sesame seeds, the main thing is that the fish shouldn't have too many bones. Pangasius, hake, butterfish, etc. are suitable for this method. To prepare sesame-fried fish, I take a couple of salmon steaks, one steak per person. I recommend serving it simply with wine and fresh vegetables. See the recipe below.

Rinse the fish and pat dry with a paper towel. Marinate it in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Feel free to add thyme, rosemary, or simply Provence herbs.

Let the fish sit in the marinade in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Then take out the fish and coat it in flour.

In a small bowl, beat the chicken egg. After the flour, dip the fish into the egg mixture.

Also, place the sesame seeds in a separate small bowl. Finally, roll the fish in the sesame seeds. Fry it over high heat in a small amount of oil.

The fish fried in sesame should not dry out. Fry for a maximum of 5 minutes on each side.
