Fried cod in flour
Description
As you can see, frying cod in flour at home is a piece of cake—even beginner cooks can handle this dish! By the way, if you'd like to experiment, you can mix the flour with carbonated mineral water—the coating will look much more appetizing, and the taste, they say, will be different too. But in general, there are no limits to perfection: I've shown you the simplest recipe for fried cod in flour, and how to improve it further is entirely up to you.
