Fried pork in pieces with onions
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you want the pork to be extremely tender, it should be fried longer under a lid over low heat, and only then add the onion and spices. Any side dish will go well with this meat — your favorite porridge, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Be sure to serve pickles, sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, and tomatoes alongside the fried pork. The dish is ready to be served.
